This is a personal artistic practice, not a corporate entity. Where EU/UK/Swiss data protection law applies, you have the rights described below.

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Inquiry form: name, email, city/region, venue, message, and technical metadata (e.g. IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
• Wallet flows: your public Ethereum address, transaction hashes you submit for email confirmation, and on-chain data already public on the blockchain.
• Email: addresses you provide for inquiry replies or payment receipts; message delivery via Postmark.
• Server logs: standard hosting logs (Vercel) for security and operations — typically IP, user agent, timestamp.

Inquiries — to review commission requests and respond if appropriate.

Payments — to verify on-chain transactions and send confirmation emails you request.

Security — rate limiting, fraud prevention, and keeping the service available.

Legal — where required to comply with law or defend legitimate interests.

Contract / pre-contract steps when you request an engagement or complete a payment flow you initiated.

Legitimate interests for site security, wallet verification, and operating a small personal business.

Consent where applicable (e.g. optional marketing — we do not run mailing lists without opt-in).

We use trusted providers that may process data outside your country, including: Vercel (hosting and, if you consent, Web Analytics), Postmark (email), blockchain indexers/RPC providers (public chain data), and email validation if configured.

Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards where required (e.g. standard contractual clauses offered by providers). See /legal/processors for DPA links.

Inquiries: kept as long as needed to handle your request and reasonable follow-up, then deleted unless a commission proceeds (longer retention for contract records).

Payment notification data: minimal logs aligned with operational needs.

On-chain data: permanent on Ethereum; we do not control deletion on the blockchain.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and object to certain processing.

We do not sell your personal data.

Essential: wallet session storage (MetaMask / wagmi) and your cookie consent choice in localStorage.

Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless page views) runs on all visits. Vercel Speed Insights loads only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
