Processors we use
We use the following providers to run the site. Where they offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or equivalent, the link is below. As an individual operator we rely on their standard terms and, where applicable, EU/Swiss transfer mechanisms built into those agreements.
How to sign or request copies
Vercel and Postmark provide online DPAs for customers who create an account with them. As site owner, those agreements are between you (the operator) and the provider when you accept their dashboard terms.
Visitors do not sign a separate DPA with these companies — your relationship is with us as controller, described in the Privacy Policy.
