References to “I”, “me”, or “Jondo Private” mean this individual artistic practice unless context clearly requires otherwise.

The site presents orthodox flamenco for private commission worldwide, and optional patron support via crypto (donations and membership vault).

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. Acceptance requires a separate proposal, agreement, and retainer as described on /experience.

Nothing on this site is an offer to the public to invest, receive securities, or earn financial returns.

You agree not to:

• Misuse forms, APIs, or wallet flows (spam, abuse, automated scraping beyond normal browsing).
• Attempt to compromise security or impersonate the operator.
• Use the site in violation of applicable law.

Text, images, audio, branding, and site design are protected. You may not copy or exploit them commercially without written permission.

You retain rights to content you submit in inquiries; you grant us a limited licence to review and respond.

Flamenco engagements depend on availability, venue suitability, and mutual agreement — not on website copy alone.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts you paid directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event (excluding voluntary on-chain donations you chose to make without a counterparty obligation).

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home country where they apply.

Disputes should first be raised in good faith via email; courts of the operator’s residence may have jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
